Merle Stutzman
President
Merle was born and raised in Ohio. He had his own painting company back in the 80’s, before joining the Weaver Custom Homes team in 1989. Starting as a painter, Merle was then promoted to construction supervisor, then to production manager before becoming President in 2007. He is passionate about building custom homes and is committed to continuing the Weaver family tradition of quality and integrity.
Merle is very active in various HBA organizations, currently serving on the Ohio HBA board, the Wayne & Holmes County HBA board, and as a delegate for the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a member of the BIA of Central Ohio, Rotary Club of Wooster, and a board member of Main Street Wooster. Merle wants to ensure that customers are getting the most up-to-date and energy-efficient products for their home, which is why he regularly attends the International Builders Show and is a Certified Green Professional.
Outside of work, Merle enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and attending sporting events, especially for his beloved Cleveland Browns.
