We work with you to define your investment goals, factoring in land, development, home size, and desired features. Whether you bring a floor plan, explore our archives, or start from scratch, we’ll help shape a design that works for you.

Our in-house design team creates a custom layout and preliminary home plan aligned with your budget and lifestyle. We collaborate closely with you to refine and finalize your floor plan before moving forward.

Once your plan takes shape, we’ll review the finishes, materials, and other details you want in your new home. This information allows us to prepare a comprehensive estimate for your custom home construction.

Your finalized plans and chosen features are included in your purchase agreement. Once signed and your deposit is placed, we begin applications for permits and provide a preparation checklist for your upcoming selections.

We connect you with trusted local lenders if you need financing, or help coordinate your self-financed schedule. Before construction begins, we assist you in securing the required Homeowner Risk Insurance Policy.

Working side-by-side with your Design Consultant, you’ll make selections for the finishes and features that bring your home to life. This is your chance to personalize everything from cabinetry to lighting. Any changes outside your contract can be added with a change order.

If required by your community, we submit your plans to the appropriate Architectural Review Board. We also handle all building permit applications, and can coordinate well, septic, utility, and site prep services as needed.

With permits and financing in place, construction begins. Your home is added to our build schedule and our team gets to work. You’ll meet on-site for key walkthroughs including cabinetry and electrical while we continue refining your design selections behind the scenes.
