Start with a personal consultation and a visit to the Weaver Design Center. This gives you a chance to talk through your goals, learn about the process, and begin shaping the direction of your home.
2. Preliminary Budget Planning
Weaver helps you understand the investment range for your home early in the process so you can move forward with realistic expectations.
3. Design Agreement
Once you are ready to move forward, the design agreement begins the planning and design phase.
4. Estimate
Your home plan, selections, and project details are reviewed to create a clear estimate.
5. Authorize Purchase Agreement
After the estimate is reviewed and approved, the purchase agreement is authorized so the project can continue moving forward.
6. Construction Financing & Insurance
Weaver helps guide you through the construction financing and insurance steps needed before building begins.
7. Selection Process
You will make selections for the finishes, details, and features that personalize your home.
8. Architectural Review & Permit Approval
Your plans move through architectural review and permit approval to prepare for construction.
9. Begin Construction
Once approvals are complete, construction begins and your custom home starts taking shape in Greyland Estates.
