Design Center and Selections Process

Once you have finalized your purchase agreement, you will want to focus on the design and style choices for your home. You will work with a specially trained Selections Coordinator who will help you with all the details of creating your home, from choosing stone, brick or siding colors to selecting the finishing touches so every aspect of your home reflects you. At Weaver Custom Homes we take the worry and stress out of the selection process by working with you every step of the way and keeping you in the loop on the construction of your new home.

Most importantly, at Weaver Custom Homes, we take the time to get to know you and your budget. Our job is to educate you first and then lead you in the right direction, toward what you like, what you need, and what fits your budget objective to make your house a reflection of you. Of course, if you are a seasoned home builder we take your existing knowledge into consideration and will offer guidance when needed.

By utilizing our company database system, we keep all your selections documented. This enables us to maintain a highly orchestrated process that facilitates communication between homeowner and the production department.

In advance, we will provide you with a list of selections you will need to consider along with a time frame in which your decisions will need to be made.

Best of all, you will save countless hours of your valuable time by using our Design Center. You won't be running from store to store comparing merchandise because we have taken the time to determine real quality and real value and we have nearly all of the selections under one roof in our Design and Selection Center. You will have the opportunity to take two "field trips" so the professionals in cabinetry and lighting can show you their extensive showrooms.
