It's time for another sneak peek into our 2012 BIA Parade Home. The parade starts out next Friday, June 15th with the Preview Party!

Here is a look at the fireplace in our sunroom - it is a see-through fireplace into the living room. The sunroom has plenty of natural light which floods in through the large windows!

We are excited to announce that we accepted the award for Best 2011 Parade Home Design above $600,000 this past Friday at the 25th Annual MAME Awards in Columbus!

Check out the Loft area at 2576 McCumber Lane at Lewis Center! The beams are salvaged maple wood. We hope you are making plans to come to the 2012 BIA Parade from June 16-July 1.

Our parade home at 2576 McCumber Lane in Lewis Center is progressing nicely! The exterior has been painted and on the inside the hardwood flooring is getting installed.
